Welcome to ExecTrainMaster. This Agreement governs your use of our executive training services, digital materials, and physical goods.

2. Service Offering

ExecTrainMaster provides tailored executive training sessions delivered in person or online by experienced professionals.

3. Information Products

Digital resources such as e-books and online courses are available for immediate access upon purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Training manuals and related materials may be shipped to your address.

5. Pricing and Payment

All fees are listed on the website. Payment must be completed prior to service delivery or product shipment. For assistance, please visit our contact page.

6. Refund and Scheduling Policy

ExecTrainMaster is committed to client satisfaction. The policies below explain how refunds are handled and scheduling options.

6.1 Executive Training Services

You may reschedule a booked session up to 14 days before the scheduled date. If you cancel more than 14 days before, you may choose a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are not eligible for a refund or credit due to prearranged trainer commitments. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

6.2 Information Products

Digital content purchasers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided they have accessed less than 20% of the materials. Refund processing is completed within 5 business days following approval.

6.3 Physical Goods

Items shipped may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in unused condition with original packaging. After we receive and inspect the items, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Offers

Certain promotional packages and discounted sessions are final sale and not eligible for any refund or credit. This policy ensures fairness and reflects our planning and resource allocation.

8. Limitation of Liability

ExecTrainMaster’s maximum obligation under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service or product.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute must be filed in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
